Domain verification email was not delivered to the agent's corporate inbox within the expected 2-minute window. After 7 minutes and two resend attempts, the email arrived in the spam folder. The portal provides no guidance to check spam, and the resend button shows no confirmation. The agent was blocked for 14 minutes before proceeding. When domain verification was finally resolved, the MFA setup modal had already timed out — requiring the agent to restart the enrollment flow. The QR code failed to reload on the second attempt. Account setup stalled and required admin intervention.
